

I was getting excited I was about to finish my first bike built (or part of it) and then this happened!! Front wheels don’t fit in the fork… what’s best solution for this before thinking buy new wheel? I thought this dimensions was universal

just file/grind down couple flat spots on the axle
You’ve got a fork for a 9mm quick release but your hub axle is 10mm bolted. Not sure what kind of solutions exist for this but maybe worth searching up.
File out the drop outs carefully and evenly
First things first:
Measure the parts you are trying to match. They should be both around 9 mm.
If that’s a 9 mm axle and the drop outs are slightly below that, it might just be deformed. It might just take a little deburring and the axle fits.
You said those are carbon drop outs in a different comment but the picture looks very much like aluminium.
