How do I determine if a bike is too old to use? I have an 1989 Peugeot Marseille and I’d love to take it for a ride later this year. I’m not sure if it’d be wise with all the weight. My initial fear would be the spokes. Is this something I’d just have to test or talk with a shop about?

Take it for some shorter rides first! If it works, it works. Consider also getting a tune up first to resolve small issues, but I think you’re fine! Sick ride.
