    it’s great you had a second thought and asked this question here but there needs to be online shopping guideline/class for people to watch or read so they don’t potentially get scammed and know what red flags to look for.

    this types of “is this a scam or legit” gets asked often.

  2. If it’s too good to be true, it’s not true. And _every_ item on that site is unreasonably cheap, so I wouldn’t risk that. Shopify doesn’t help the buyer at all.

    Here if you look at the listed price it’s abnormally good. Then if you read the description the seller wants $4900 instead of the 1364 it’s listed for. Obviously someone is copy pasting listings for bikes and clearly they’re not even that competent at it. I’d say scam all the way just based on that right there. Plus if you call their contact number it rings endlessly. Most LBS have voicemails with some dude named Kyle telling you he’s either helping another customer or out shredding the gnar. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Hope this helps!
