Whenever I go into the lowest gear my shifter gets dragged back with the tire. Is there any screws or anything that I can loosen up or tighten to fix this?
It looks like it might be misaligned in the dropouts, I had that issue before last time I changed my cassette and it just didn’t sit quite in the right place and it would bind up in my lowest gear

I’m not expert but it looks like the chain is too short. The upper dear on the derailleur should be a lot closer to the cassette. It looks like the chain is pulling tension on the derailleur

Drive trains can be tedious and aggravating to learn but once you get it it’s easy peasy. If you’re patient and handy, you can fix it your self. If that’s not you a good shop will fix it.
Reason I say it like that is, it takes multiple components for smooth shifting. All the adjustment screws in the world won’t correct a bent hanger or derailleur. It’s hard to recognize if you don’t know what you’re looking for.
