You should just be able to knock it out from the other side with the forks removed. They are already broken so you should just be able to use something like a screwdriver or a piece of wood. Then just measure the cups and order a new headset kit, should not cost that much

Bearing retainer looks upside-down, & what’s that silver nut looking thing inside? Something doesn’t look right to me.
