Be the same we’ll find out So i did have two options of uh roots to take today yeah i could have taken a nice flat road along the beach the capital or i could take these mountains it was an obvious choice so yesterday i came into montenegro and arrived at the coastline or at least
The coastline here at this cove around here and followed the road all the way around the sea up to this mountain where i am now is such a nice route So okay so unfortunately i’ve had a bit of a setback today uh my rear derailleur has decided to buckle itself yeah that’s 100 out of action uh just trying to decide what to do now and still gotta get to the top of this mountain so she’s probably gonna be pushing for at
Least another hour but i think the other side is mainly downhill to the capital but still it’s like 60 kilometers so i’ll be cruising the downhills and pushing on the ups and flats most likely maybe i can turn this into a single speed uh but i don’t have the tool to push the
Chain links together we’ll see what happens um yeah wish me luck okay 50 kilometers to montenegro let’s do i’m it gonna take it easy and cruise it down this hill hopefully i get down in one piece Uh so just been having a look at the maps app and to walk to the capital it’s going to take eight hours and 16 minutes of a total of 36 kilometers of where i am now so yeah i mean with the downhills in the cruising i’m definitely gonna be able to
Reduce that what two though i don’t know but i mean there’s potential i could be in the capital today but you know fingers crossed i make it but if not i’m not too fussed about spending another [Applause] night [Applause] So oh [Applause] [Applause] so the time is 604 pm and i’ve just about made it to the capital of montenegro just need to follow the road heading down that hill there i’ll be there howdy y’all good morning so uh last night’s accommodation was slightly different yep i slept in the back of that wagon
And i can’t say it was the most comfortable night’s sleep i’ve ever had

You rode around the Bay of Kotor and then climbed up the switchbacks to Lovcen. Awesome! So sorry about the breakdown! Welcome to Podgorica.

Few people realize that the Adriatic highway from Rijeka all the way down to Ulcinj is possibly in the top 5 coastal highways in the world regarding the scenery etc. Its truly amazing! Dope video!
