Hey guys, first post here. I just got my first bike this week, overall completely new to road biking. Was really excited and went on my first ride. When I peddled backwards, I realized a scratching sound.
I really don’t know if it is supposed to sound like that and what I did wrong or what caused this. For me it seems like it was set up wrong.
Hopefully it can be seen on the pictures, because the chain seems to make contact. I have a video as well where you can definitely hear that something isn’t right but I can only use pictures or videos :/
If anyone know what I should do or how I should handle this, please let me know. Anything is much appreciated!

If you have a set of allen keys laying around and if you are willing to fix it yourself I can provide you a link to the Shimano instructions. I just need the groupset name (grx 400?). They are written pretty well and easy to understand.
