So looked fine it will ride. But it’s really up to you if you think it’s worth your time to get compensation. Shit an email with some photos wouldn’t hurt I guess, I also just see this as one of the risks associated with discount online bike sales.

I’d probs go after some kind of partial refund (Even if it’s just $50 – $100).

I would email them and see what they have to say. But if they say “ok send it back and we’ll get you a new one” is it worth it? That’s probably what they’ll say

Not overreacting, you bought new not used. Those that say it will get scratched anyway clearly don’t take care of their stuff. Always keep my bikes scratch and dent free.

Ask for some $$$ back & buy a texta to colour it in
Yeah can’t expect a whole lot when buying from a DTC company that’s based on razor thin margins. I would take whatever credit they give you. It all looks cosmetic anyways.
You could probably get them to give you another bike if you raise hell but it doesn’t seem worth it to me. I would rather take the discount.

It’ll still ride fine, just cosmetic damage. But if I’m buying brand new I’d want it to look brand new. Contact the seller and let them know. Most online bike retailers have good customer service
