  1. Level out your saddle, it’s pointing a bit far down

    EDIT: also foot retention if you intend to remove the brakes

  2. Definitely upgrade tires. I swapped out the tires after running them for a month and the difference was wild.

    Edit: Forgot to say, I own the exact same bike.

    Get used to fixed gear have fun and play around with different bars drops, bullhorns, and alt bars have fun used to have this bike before it was stolen

  4. I have the same bike and I’ve got to say changing the saddle might change your whole experience. The stock saddle on these is pretty narrow and I finally measured myself and realized I needed a medium. One WTB Volt later and I can go so much farther without any of the discomfort I’d previously had

    Grease the headset and the BB. There’s likely none on them from the factory. This is a fun little bike. Have fun!
