First picture is my current crankset featuring an FSA chainring. Last two pictures are a pair of hollowgram crank arms I want to buy for a shorter crankarm length.
Are these two compatible? Really scratching my head trying to find out compatibility between all these proprietary parts

Your FSA chainring/crank appears to be a square taper BB, also the chainrings are boltted to the crank spider. The cranks you posted are direct mount not spider mount. You’ll need the specific direct mount chainrings and BB to use them.

Should be, you’ll need a Cannondale crank lock ring tool to swap the spider and rings over, you’ll also need a Cannondale specific crank puller
