Yeah, probably not from the sanding though. It was probably already chipped and you just finished it off. You still have so much of the braking surface left, I wouldn’t worry. I just can’t tell the thickness.

Why are you sending them… Fix the real problem. If they are noisy, bake them instead.
No problem it will be fine, don’t forget to clean them after sanding
