  1. Start doing one handlers. Work your way up to being able to throw your hand anywhere you want. Move to doing seat grabs. Then it’s just a matter of a seat grab and pushing the bike.

    It’s been a while for me. One thing that really helps is the flow of the ‘dip’. The jump in the vid is a pretty quick, short air. Ok for BMX but a bit harder to get the bars where they need to be on MTB.

    But yeah try to let the front end drop if possible, and I feel like I kinda ‘pinch’ the rear end (usually saddle on MTB) with my knees.
