Thoughts on this Redline?

Expert size entry level race bike. So hopefully you’re short. Start by detail cleaning everything. You’ll get a good idea of what is dirty and what is bad. Chain, grips, tires, brake pads, brake cable pedals… all probably over due. Seat isn’t ideal for the bike but manageable. More than likely the headset, hubs and bottom bracket need service. Tons of videos online on how to do it.
