Picked up this bike off FB and was wondering if anyone more knowledgeable than me could point me in the right direction for starting to restore/upgrade it.
It has Campagnolo veloce brakes and chainrings, and a mirage 9 speed cassette and derailleur. Also if any could tell me more about the bike or narrow down the model year that would be much appreciated.

Nothing to upgrade except maybe the tires.
Everything else just clean and lube/grease.
Idk how true it is for old campy but campy uses a lot of proprietary tools and hardware. Special chains, and chainrings are really annoying to deal with. I’d leave it the way it is.
Maybe a new rear derailleur cable.
components look identical to a 2000 Bianchi Gold Race Team (which has an aluminium frame) so I’d say year 2000 +/- 1 year
