It lives! I know the chain is a bit slack; I just grabbed an old 11-speed out of my parts bin to get it together. I rode it around the block last night; the hardest thing that I’ll have to get used to is back-pedaling to stop.

I had to deal with a slack chain on mine which caused it to come off on cobbles. Recently replaced it with a half link bmx chain and it works great now.

What was the thought process behind the geometry? The thing looks very much like something from a century ago. It’s unique, and definitely rideable, yet I see no reason for <70 angles. The seatpost doesn’t seem to help either.
