Never changed inner tubes so idk if this is normal in some tubes. Deflated it and haven’t touched the others since this kinda spooked me.

This is fine. When inflated inside a tire the tube is just an airtight membrane. The tire/rim provide the structure so outside of that is can be wonky.
Small variations in rubber thickness. Non issue. This happens with all tubes.

That won’t be a problem, the tire constricts the shape anyway
The only problem is you forgot to put it inside the tyre.
Most men like to see bulges in two places, it’s not a problem
It’s fine, but don’t add too much pressure to an inner tube like this (outside of the tire) because they pop really quick and loud, don’t ask how I know that.
