Can someone give me an opinion which bike looks more natural / better fit from the looks of it ? The weird thing is that my neck hurts a bit more on M? Thanks !
L and shorten the reach. Assuming it’s 110mm maybe consider 90. Cheers

Medium — can always get a longer cockpit or add some spacers if you feel too cramped

You may have a more relaxed position on L. Up to you

I’d cross reference two things: 1) Canyon’s official bike-fit finder (it’s scary accurate), and 2) Whatever feels more comfortable between the M and L (don’t worry about what “looks” better—that’s negligible anyway)

My tip: angle your arms in 90° for aero position and try to hold it easy. I got the same height and after a sprint I realized I need L

I am also 186 and 88cm leg length. I have a Ulimate in L. I like it, that you can have a bigger Frame Pack 😀
