Yes, put some alternating black/silver headset spacers under that stem and call it a day.
i love the ui-12!!!!! it works really well with the nitto cromoly spacers. bar and stem colour mismatch can look cool imo
If you inverted the stem then you wouldn’t need as many spacers – it would probably halve the stack height of spacers.
It also gives more knee clearance as you can reduce the height of the steerer tube.
