Decided to spend about $60 to convert my Sunday Hi-C into a modified beach cruiser. Hardest part was finding bars that are 22.2mm so they fit a bmx stem bar clamp but found some on Amazon. Got a classic Schwinn seat on Amazon as well. Seat post found used but you can buy one cheap on Amazon as well.
Other than that, over the years I’ve put an Eclat chrome half link chain, S&M Speedball tires 2.4”, Colony 170mm cranks with Premium pedals I swapped from my 20” BMX. Really satisfied with it so far and would be stoked to see it catch on and become a trend. Next I’m thinking white or tan wall tires!
