Hey guys, i‘m always trying to focus on timing my jumps and all the rest, so lets not talk technique because there is 1000 videos over there about it.
My main question is Suspension so i’m struggling to achieve the desired response from my suspension system. As a rider weighing 97kg, I currently have my Fox 38 forks set up with 4 spacers and 100psi, which is 10psi under the recommended settings, and my Fox X2 performance shock equipped with 4 tokens and with 20% sag. 30psi front tire 35psi rear.
I’m interested in hearing from other riders of similar weight about their suspension setups and any adjustments they’ve found beneficial for enhancing jump performance.

Fixing mediocore skill (no worries about that, ‘m also a bad jumper even though I like to jump, I’m just horrible with timing and need much mor practice) is not really good practice, harms learning, makes errors a lot more risky and makes the bike shit to ride.
But hey, you do you: up the pressure and reduce rebound, the thing will kick all around so don’t be surprised to be bucket over the front if you got your timing a bit off.
