Still a work on progress but I’m at a point I can ride it. Reach feels a little long so likely gonna change the bars or the stem but it rides ok🙂

Likely going to either get a shorter stem or bars with more sweep, and I have a rack to go on the front and the matching Xtr front brake somewhere…but I think so far so good? Likely will change the grips too, the white feels kind of loud on this but I’m hella open to input and critique

Nice build. I have a 950. Not sure if yours is the same but it has an oversized head tube (so 1 1/8″ threaded stem, pretty uncommon standard) and I’ve had a hard time finding a good stem/adaptor combo. What stem adaptor did you use?
