Looks like a prader valve a hybrid presta and shrader valve but i just made that up… its probably not even a thing

Looks to be a Dunlop valve but with the core inverted. The top knurled ring should unscrew and then the core can be removed, the other side of the core should be threaded.

It looks like a Schrader or Dunlop valve core screwed upside down. 🙂

Sometimes I genuinly wonder if some of the sub’s submissions are coming from troll / humor accounts. If so in this case: 5/5, well done 🙂
Screw off the upper knurled ring, remove the core and stick it back in with the little rubber ring pointing to the buttom. Rescrew the ring and inflate.

That’s a “Blitzventil” (no idea what the English name is) put in the wrong side out – what you see is the part that goes in.
