Just purchased my first bike for $200, don’t know much about it but felt like I got a solid deal and the bike feels great to ride! How did I do on price? Can I upgrade any parts to make quality of life better for pretty cheap?

You did great. These are great bikes—basic but very competent—and a good way to get onto road biking.
You can of course upgrade components, but honestly I’d just ride it as is until you get a sense of what you want. The pedals would probably be the first thing, when you want to move to some clipless. Then you can upgrade the tires (but wear through the existing ones first).
Maybe someday the saddle, or wheels. (But by then you might be thinking about a whole new bike.)
