I’ve been looking for a replacement fixing for my Carradice super c panniers, but I can’t find a like for like one online. I think they are the old c systems fittings but not 100% sure.
Anyone got any ideas?

No ideas but I had a similar issue I just wrapped inner tube around my rack and taped it with insulating tape. Couldn’t shim the bag so I shimmed the rack. Held for years.
I use plastic tubing on my rack; sick of losing those stupid Ortlieb style inserts
