Looks like you already have them honestly, drops I would say, but usually whatever nitto bar and stem combo work, what I usually see at least
nitto m151 or nitto m186
i used to daily commute with nitto b123 with a jaguar stem but eventually realized just how impractical they are. i now use nitto m151 with a nitto ui-2 stem and it is a game changer
