This week was around 14 hours of training as we get closer to Ironman 70.3 venice which will be my third ever triathlon, hopefully i will get another PB and beat my last time in Croatia of 4 hours 59 minutes.

Long term I want to push triathlon as much as possible and maybe even try to go pro eventually.

I’m currently serving in the Royal Air Force based out In Cyprus which is an Ideal location for training and creating content.
