A thorough clean and new bar tape and it looks almost new. Unfortunately the 21” frame may be slightly too small for me at 5’9”, I have the seat and handlebar up to the max.

man, I’m 5’11” and a 21″ frame is big for me… look the stem, if you can change ir for a longer one. I don’t know… it’s strange use inches for a road frame hahah…
Dang, nice work! I recently picked up a Trek Elance 300 that was lightly restored for $125. FWIW I’m 5’10” and a 21″ frame with a fistful of seatpost showing fits great.
