How do I fix this sound coming from my front wheel?

Could be shot bearings.

Sounds like bearings. Does your wheel have any side to side play? When you very gently spin that wheel how long does it take to come to a rest?

where are your brake pads, does the wheel make the noise if you take it out of thew fork and spin it in your hands?
