Had a crash, derailleur went through the spokes a bit and broke the hanger.
The hanger in this picture is new but as you can see the derailleur is not sitting properly, it’s bent af.
Of course it does not shift well at all.
Could this be only cage or is the whole derailleur for trash, keep in mind this is ultegra r6870 so it’s a bit hard to find a replacement.

If it’s just the lower cage that is bent near the p-axle (where the lower cage attaches), you probably can bend it back to near where it was supposed to be.
I never tried it, but my lbs mechanic suggested me to do this on my previous derailleur. It got destroyed a couple rides later from hard twig before i got to try it. It was not as bent as yours though.
Check the alignment of the new hanger if you haven’t already. New hanger being bolted on does not mean you fixed alignment issues. That’s like putting a picture on your wall without a level and assuming it is level.
If you’ve confirmed that (1) derailleur hanger is aligned with frame, and (2) it’s the rear derailleur that’s bent, I would simply wrap a rag around the rear derailleur lower cage and bend it back into place (trying not to bend the hanger). I’ve successfully done this the 3 times that I tried it.
Or just buy another 11-speed 105/Ultegra/Dura Ace rear derailleur, or Tiagra 4700 (it must the the 4700 series, not the older ones) rear derailleur. They are all 100 percent compatible (assuming you have the correct cage size of SS or GS).
