Hard to tell from those pictures alone. Can you take a picture of the only sticker there is on the bike? It’s near the cranks. And maybe a picture from the drive side.

Serial number indicates it *might* be made in Japan in 1982. If that’s correct it was a higher quality frame at the time. I don’t have a high level of confidence in that because it looks more like a late 80’s frame to me.

I’m going to guess that’s a Centurion Turbo. There is a bicycle registry and database that I check sometimes to see if a bike is stolen, but you can use the “similar serial numbers” from a search to hone in on the year/make/model. There is a 1984 (accd to the owner) registered on there with ser # N2L0115. I do think that yours bike might be earlier, but not by much if so, just a year or two. I’ve had a couple Turbos and this looks spot on, frame-wise – the parts are a departure from the Suntour Cyclone it probably had. They chromed the whole bike and painted over it, so that’s what we are looking at. The website I use is called Bikeindex.org . I think it used to be called Stolen Bicycle Registry dot com.
