A French “AIRE” style Campsite , Norfolk Coast ? .. Close to beach!

A “French Aire like site” in North Norfolk! , at least thats what a few of the punters there who travel to europe a lot were saying , We returned to NELSONS PATCH in Walcott , right next door to a big pub with garden and conveniently barely a mile to the seafront (20 Minute , Mowed grass walk along the main road) or a slightly longer walk via the field behind site , We paid £26 For the night in early september , TV & Phone Signals were perfect , as was the fish n chips!

Fully service pitch is you’ve got your water on site and literally can fill up from there and your waist there so it’s very very convenient we thought we’d come back here because although it was I think May or early June when we was here before it was it was very hot when it

Well you will be because the last time we was here you went on a bike ride to hazb and you passed a little village store and they have got a Facebook page when I looked on there last week they actually um take bread deliveries orders for a local bakery yeah and haor Village

Store yeah but the bread is well one I’ve chosen is um tomato I think it’s got a bit of chili and some cheese and we’ve ordered that we thought we’d get a coastal kind of site in before we end up back in land I’ve got to go to the shop

Think he used to own the pub he used to own the pub but it’s got um five pitches there as well and um so it’s Andy for that as well if you want a pub stop over sort of thing but you’ve obviously got to pay I think

Not a lot to do in the area so if you like being outside walking cuz there’s you can walk to hazra you can walk along the coast yeah there’s plenty of walking plenty of like Coastal path walking Beach walking sand and all that you know sorry Sandy paths I should say and there

Was quite a few of those um footpath signs on the way through so there’s probably a lot of off the track walks as well yeah old churches and all that yeah it’s really nice it’s actually quite nice yeah and it’s not that far from roxom no if you like rock you know roxom

The north broads I think we got a shot of coming over the bridge on the way here es if you come in your Caravan yeah so that’s like 20 minutes away you go there for the day and rent a boat out and spend the whole day there because that is a property his
