Sorry, I meant to add in the description. I felt rubbing on the rear wheel. Noticed my brake was touching abnormally. Just put it up on the stand and I can see that it’s touching the frame. I’ve removed the wheel. Put it back in and it’s still the same. I’m guessing it’s new wheels?

The first thing to check is that the wheel is in the dropouts properly – if you removed it then that’s most likely. Put the bike on the ground to do that and make sure it’s seated properly before tightening the quick release.
If it is and somehow the wheel has done that then a bike shop should be able to straighten it.

did the frame and wheel combo worked before?
if both are yes your frame could be bend.
