I was trying to torque the bolt #15, and now it’s stripped and the torque wrench won’t grip the nut. i fucked up bad… what can I do? find a bike shop and take it in?

Yes
No shade meant by this but if you fucked up the a simple bolt tightening then I am going to say that a reverse extraction tool is going to be a bit beyond your abilities as well.
If you don’t have an extractor you might as well take it in. But you’ll need to contact polygon and get a replacement part sent too.
Left handed drill bits for the win!
Just take it in it will be okay.
