Almost certainly lacking a 1.85mm spacer, which should be put on the freehub before the cassette. You haven’t given any information whatsoever about the parts you’re working with, but Advent/x cassettes are narrower in width than 11 speed road freehub bodies. The latter being the kind you most likely have on that DT Swiss hub. https://imgur.com/a/kSs81C0
Provide a model number for your cassette and wheelset (or hub if a custom wheel) and you’ll get more than an educated guess.

Is it rotating or wobbling? In the video it looks like rotating, but…
Rotating would mean the freehub splines are not well capturing the cassette keyways. This can happen if a steel cassette was run on an alloy freehub driver in the past, often cutting deeper and deeper notches in it. You’d be able to see the damage if you inspected the driver without the cassette on it.
Wobbling would likely be that you don’t have enough spacer for that combination, so the lockring is bottoming out without actually clamping the cassette against the stop on the freehub driver body.
