Just from the looks of it, the outer chainring won’t mind a replacement.
If you want to know conclusively, get a new chain. If the chain skips, depending where it skips, that part is worn.

Big chainring looking a little worn but the cassette and small ring have some life left.

The new chain could possibly work well, it’s clear you’ve got a couple favourite gears in middle to lower end of the cassette that are more worn that others. Chains are cheap these days so I would personally give it a go.

The 7th and 8th cogs in the cassette look worn to me, you can see the wear on the trailing edges of the teeth. The inner chainring looks fine, outer ring could need replacing.
Regardless, the first step is to check the wear of the chain with a chain checker—then replace the cassette/outer chainring as needed.
New chain + badly worn cassette cogs or rings = chain skipping

I would say to test it if you have a new chain with a master link put it on and see if it slips through teeth’s of the chainrings if yes at even one but a new cassette

cassette is OK. outer chainring is is pretty toasted though. at the very least replace your chainring and chain.

A brand new chain will tell you how worn your cassette or chain rings are.
