it can create an advantageous surface for airflow even through a jersey. you can wear it legally under a jersey and still get the “golf ball” or reynolds effect while being UCI legal. just a stupid little thing for the few of us that actually compete at a pro level. and as most of us are closer to couch potato’s than the pros (me included) i wouldn’t even consider buying it. so while a fun lil thing from an engineering perspective, not something i’d recommend buying
