today I fell on the tram tracks and completely broke off the plastic housing of the brake lever. I’m a bit on a budget and would like to find a new set for a fair price but I don’t know where to look (western europe). do you have any recommendations on what you would buy? I don’t care about specific brands, I really need the bike working because i use it for commuting.
for context the bike is equipped with campagnolo veloce 8v and the left lever is another model (previous owner changed it).

I already found another set of Veloce levers for 140€ but it is more than half of what i paid for the entire bike.

Ebay for NOS or gently used Veloce levers or you could go for a dirty single-sided conversion or maybe look at getting a microshift group for cheap and replace the levers and derailleur at the same time. Campy parts only play nice with Campy parts and you’re gonna be frustrated trying to get some wild mix of shimano and Campy to work
Talk with your shop! I was able to get an old Record shifter paddle replaced for way less than I expected
