Dissembled this whole thing and saw a fully intact bearing. The issue and the sound is coming from this plastic cover . I cleaned everything but sound is still there.
Is it possible that I deformed the part with thread for lockring by tightening the lockring too much? I’m using a lockring that was part of the wheelset, but an unbranded sprocket.

After putting everything together and tightening the hub to the sweet spot, it does not only make a sound but is actually slowing down the wheel. I’m afraid I broke it
You can’t judge the condition of the bearings just by looking at the flanges. Press lightly on the central ring and turn it, the movement should be smooth and without roughness. If necessary, compare with the other bearing. The bearings should be slightly compressed at the axle so that all the balls are in contact with the races.
If you feel hard spots or roughness your bearings should be changed.
