The Russian Defense Ministry presented new-found details of the Project 3007 "Monitoring the epidemiological and environmental situation regarding dangerous waterborne diseases in Ukraine."
Ukrainian specialists, under the supervision of American scientists, took water samples of the major Ukraine rivers, including the Dnieper, Danube, Dniester, and in the North Crimean Canal, in order to detect the especially dangerous pathogens, including the pathogens of cholera, typhoid fever, hepatitis A and E, and estimate the possibility of their spread by water.
The Ministry of Defense reported that the results of these works can be used to create an unfavorable biological situation not only in Russia, but also in the Black and Azov Seas, as well as in Belarus, Moldova and Poland.
Since 2019 to 2021, American scientists hired by the laboratory located in Merefa (Kharkiv region), tested potentially dangerous biological drugs on patients at the Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital No. 3 in Kharkov.
"People (Ukraine citizens) suffering of the mental disorders were selected for experiments based on their age, nationality and immune status. MoD reviewed the special forms, the result of round-the-clock monitoring of the patients' condition. Information was not entered into the database of the hospital, the staff of the medical institution signed a non-disclosure agreement".
In January 2022, the work of the laboratory in Merefa was stopped, equipment and drugs were taken to the west of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense reports.

General Mark Milley said the war between Ukraine and Russia will last years but not certain it will last a decade with that being possible. How can the Biden administration allow this to be so drawn out. Either give Ukraine all the conventional weapons and support they need immediately or give Ukraine nothing so the war comes to an end ASAP which will result in less deaths from a long draw out war. When the US was in WWII there was no military doctrine to allow such incompetence. The Biden administration and his military advisors are incompetent if they foresee this war lasting years and not doing anything about it.
