    Disc looks bent, or your through-axel is on the piss?

    Either way, you’re wrenching a little too hard and are on a rough angle to tell exactly how straight or not that wheel is on here.

    Gently spin it without trying to kick a crank arm off and get a view from the rear to better see what’s you’re dealing with.

    Your quick release/ through axel (i cant tell) is loose. Reinstall wheel properly. If you don’t know how [here’s a video by park tool](https://youtu.be/hdjB_wHW0-Q)

    Edit: if that don’t work, remove rear brake and inspect rotor for wrapping. I can’t tell if that’s part of the problem it looks like your axel is jumping around a bit.

  3. Other solutions make sense, and also could be a big chunk of dried sealant throwing off the balance.
