Went for my first ride and the chain went off at the 40 km mark.
I should have adjusted the derailleurs before riding it but I just assumed they were properly installed. After inspection, the FD was installed way too high.
Anyone had similar experience and did Canyon fix the issue or am I out of off luck?

I had a similar experience. I contacted Canyon, and they said I could take the bike to a local bike shop to adjust the derailleurs and they would refund the service cost.
