Cicli San Marco is a large-scale bike distribution company in Treviso, Italy, as the frame says.
You look in Google Maps, you’ll see currently they sell mostly generic, low-end everyday bicycles.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a Cinelli frame built and painted to order for Cicli San Marco, my guess being they’d probably ask for a large batch of frames/bikes to sell every so often. They seem to be a long-standing business.
Lousy Smarco frame
Cinelli bottom bracket shells were widely used by many different frame builders in combination with different tubesets. I doesn’t mean the frame is a Cinelli or Cinelli-built. Looks to be in beautiful shape though. Congrats!

Very nice handmade Italian track iron. Bound to be Columbus tubing of some sort. Rifling in the bottom of the steerer tubes and maybe the bottom of the seattube and downtube will probably confirm.
