Should I get it?

Hi, i’m new to cycling. I’m looking to get a bike on the cheaper side to commute to college and around the city. Saw this for 120€, Is it worth it/any good? (Also im 175cm tall, would it be a good fit?) I know pretty much nothing about bikes…. Thanks!
