I don’t really have funds to replace it at the moment, my bike is my main form of transportation, should I be ok to ride on this till I get a new one? Is it repairable? Or should I just not risk being left with a flat?

I would plan on replacing it as soon as you can because it will blow. In the mean time you could remove the tire and put something on the inside of the tire like a bill or a few pieces of duct tape. This will help prevent the inner tube from bursting out through that small hole.
That’s toast because it’s pretty clear the casing is damaged. If you absolutely had to get what life you can out of it, boot it inside generously with something strong, idea being to spread the load on the casing. An example could a layer of duct/gorilla tape, then a piece of plastic, then another tape layer, and run the lowest pressure you can get away with. Even that would be more appropriate as a way of limping it home than anything else. The risk of being stuck with a flat is only one consideration, the other being that the blowout will likely be sudden and that can cause a loss of control.
The threads next to the cut are deforming which means it’s not as strong as it needs to be.
If we are seeing the innertube through the cut, let the air out now.
I would give a “boot” a shot. It’s fabric that you glue to the inside of the tire. I’ve had good luck with contact cement, so long as you use the one marked flammable.
You need to boot it with a material that won’t stretch
