First bike touring trip. Just arrived in india today. Which bike would you recommend is best for tackling india?

Note: currently sitting iurside decathlon trying to decide. Ive really spent a lot of time looking at both and still cannot decide which one will be better. If i enjoy the trip, i might still continue.

Neither of those are touring bikes.
Between these two, I’d go with the gravel bike with the thicker tires. What about all of the rest of the stuff you need for the trip – bags, racks, repair gear and the rest of your supplies? From my experience, most bikes come with terrible stock saddles, so be prepared to replace the one that comes with your new bike.
