Thoughts on my Jamis Sputnik?

So this is my 2013 Jamis Sputnik. It’s a hand me down from my brother (my previous single speed was stolen off the streets of Brooklyn – such is life)

I’ve had this Jamis for 5 years now. I ride 5 miles a day (commute to/from work) and then longer weekend rides.

Wondering how many years you all think I can get out of this one?

I keep it decently maintained, regular tune ups at my local bike shop. Recently replaced my tires, brake levers, seat post (original was seized and had to be sawed off and removed), handlebar (switched from drop down to bullhorn).

Esthetically it’s in fair condition (frame paint job is full of scratches due to locking up with my u-lock)

I kind of like that it’s function but not shiny new (so I don’t worry as much when it’s locked up outside/in bad whether)

It rides fairly well (crank is a little clicky), but no major issues and holds up on 30 mile plus rides.

Anyway just wondering folks thoughts on if it’s worth it to continue to maintain or actually purchase a new bike?
