Hi there! I am trying to learn more about electric mountainbikes until I will buy one in the future.
There are many used Mid Drive bikes under 2000$ in my region but it’s cool when you get something freshly out the factory.
So what you guys think about the new shengmilo bike?
This thing says “2000w”, is it even legal in Europe?

I don’t want to be rude, but that bike is barely a step above a department store bike with some motors slapped on it. I’d take a used proper e-mountain bike over that any day.
Hub motor e-bikes are notoriously difficult to change flat tires on. I have one as a commuter and if I had a flat rear tire I’d be SOL.
That thing is sketchy as hell, has a throttle and belongs in r/motorcycles imo
The bike you linked is a bike shaped object. Get a e-bike from a proper bicycle company like cube, focus, canyon, etc, even used those will be better than that thing.
