Remove sadle and take it out of the seatpost. Its conical and can be hard to move. You can tab it out from the inside. Those are two seperate pieces. After you can move them 360. And choose your prefered angel

I found mine hard to move, I just loosened the bolt and gave it some more force to break it free.

  3. Thanks all for your quick responses! I tried to apply (uncomfortable much) force and also disassembled the two sides. It’s rock solid 😄
I will give it a last try later, though might just contact the support on Monday as it seems like it clearly should move!

Thanks again and have a great Sunday.

  4. I pounded the first one out with a hammer using a wooden spoon. (which took a disturbing amount of force)

Once I had a bigger access hole after the first one came out, I could fit the back of a screwdriver and got at it with the hammer again.

Not a fun thing to do to your new bike 😬

disassemble everything apart from the two stuck pieces, insert the short end of a 8mm hex kex in the hole, place the end inside of the stuck piece and use the lond end of the hex key as a lever to yank the stuck piece out of its stuckness
