Nah your derailleur is fucked, you going to need a new one.
I think your hanger is misaligned also. Might just need some professional help here.
There’s a tiny chance this is repairable (the cage is two parts screwed together, with the wheels in between – dismantle, see how the remaining part is connected to the rest of the derailleur, and possibly tighten the connection), but my money is on this is broken.
I’ve only ever seen that pivot be serviceable on top of the line derailleurs. Even then its usually stiff due to road muck build up, not loose. That much play, plastic rd body, save yourself some time and replace.
Looks as though your hanger is bent also.
