Definitely the chain. Colored chains usually are really bad quality and you need a good one to stop you. Second update tyres .

I would remove the water bottle from the rear wheel.
Jokes aside, the sky is the limit (wheels, stem, handlebar, saddle) but you can star with bar end plugs

As others already said get a new cabin or sm, this is just my personal suggestion but I’d get some new grips. Like screw on mtb grips. Besides it just looking cleaner, i personally wouldn’t want dirty and stuff in my bars

Probably some better quality pedals and straps/hooks. For such a nice frame, it’s lacking in the drivetrain department as well but pedals and quality harness are a safety thing and most important.

Front racks are always awesome, especially on fast bikes. A Hed 3 up front and deep carbon rim out back is good too

Campagnolo made really slick titanium seat posts that should go well with the Cinelli frame. If you’re gonna go Italian, go Italian.

Metal cages with leather straps, or good set of straps and better pedals. Tires, get a set of gatorskins. Put some caps on handlebars so you don’t impale yourself. Loose the hipster shorty bars for better balance and to be able to open your lungs.
